Kerdi Shower Systems
Our Lead Installer is certified in Kerdi Installation and attends informative events to continuously improve our training system. Our main use of waterproofing is Kerdi Schluter System and offer Schluter’s lifetime warranty guaranteed using their products for the installation. We have seen extreme shower failures with our repair team and use those projects to ensure production success with the correct install practices. Presentation is key with our prep work and we go the extra mile and sponge the membrane of excess mortar for a bright orange appearance.
Flooring
We practice directional troweling to maintain coverage for a long lasting installation. We are equipped with the proper tools to level floors prior to secure a flat surface. Using the best products for large format installs and before grout is applied we prep the tile with a Grout Release. We turnover every flooring project with paper runners to avoid stain conflicts between trades.
Customer Service
We have a dedicated team of technicians devoting daily tasks to small projects, repairs and grout touch ups. They are available weekly and help maintain job sites when we have builder adjustments, install errors or trade damage.
We specialize in competitor errors. We have tackled the most complex replacements having to install showers to exact measurements to help avoid expensive glass replacements.
